The beds were incredibly comfortable, the shower was lovely, and there was even a retro record player in the lounge. With the heat wave, we were relieved to find a good fan provided. The property was spotless and well-equipped, and the owner, Frances, was lovely. The garden was perfect for my little one to play in, and it was so quiet. Frances thought of everything, from high chairs to games and even tea bags and cooking oil. The location was great, with a nearby Co-op and easy access to Lincoln. We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cottage to anyone traveling to the area.

I always stay at this place in Lincoln. Never regret. Staff helped with my room problem at night. Has Wi-Fi, Off-site car park, Electric kettle. No pets or smoking on-site. Perfect for me. Coming back for Xmas.
